Yesterday found me at this household once again for a third year in a row! The boys are getting so big and are still just as cute as they were that first year when I photographed them. I just adore these three little guys and I am so happy that I continue to have the opportunity to photograph their smiling faces each year! Check back again very soon. I have two more sessions from this weekend to share as well as a few more that I will be doing this week!

Here are some samples from my other shoot on Saturday. The dogs were SO well behaved. We did torture them a little asking them constantly if they wanted a cookie or if they wanted to go on a ride but they were so great! Their little heads would tilt to the side everytime you asked them if they wanted to go on a ride and it was SO cute and funny! Thanks for the laughs!
I was SO lucky this weekend to get a chance to meet up with two wonderful ladies who I went to high school with and their families. We had such a great time running around, laughing at the dogs’ antics and just generally enjoying the gorgeous day that we had on Saturday. I had a great time and loved the location we decided to use for our shoot. Since I normally shoot in the Orlando area and I have not been back to Melbourne to scout things out in many years finding a spot to use required a little research and some knowledge from one of the girls. We managed to find the perfect spot though and everyone who has seen the pictures so far loves the rocks around the water. So, thanks to both of you for the fun afternoon, the gorgeous pictures I can add to my collection and the chance to see each of you again! It sure has been a long time and it is so neat to see us all grown up and with families of our own, who knew!!! :) I am going to post these as two seperate posts. I was just going to do it as one but I think two is needed to ensure each family gets their proper showing! The pictures are just too pretty to combine as one!
Once again, I had the pleasure of photographing this little girl. She is such a doll and so sweet. This year we decided to include mom and dad in some of the shots and we ventured out to a perfect family location, the beach! It was a gorgeous day yesterday and we were there right as the sun was setting casting off beautiful hues of pink and blue over the horizon of the breaking waves. I love the colors in these photographs and my little friend was just as fun as always, giving me lots of laughs, some great serious shots and some gorgeous family pictures to help remember our great day! 
I love the holidays! Do I really need to say that? Doesn’t just about everyone LOVE the holidays? How can you not? It is a time to get together and take a few moments from your everyday lives to remember the past year and to celebrate the coming of a new one, it is a time to relax and laugh with your loved ones and a time to continue traditions. For some, myself included, one of these traditions is a lovely family portrait or annual pictures of your children so you can see how they have grown. Sometimes we have our traditional holiday pictures taken JUST for the annual card to be sent out to all of our friends and family. Whatever your reason for wanting those pictures now is the time to get them. I had the joy of shooting this family for the third year in a row yesterday. It is amazing to see how they have grown and how their family has changed over the years. In a way I am starting my own traditions with my photography company. I am so overwhelmed with joy to be invited back year after year to take pictures of these families, pictures that in years to come will be looked back on and cherished. Pictures that capture just a snapshot of what their lives were like in 2009. So please, join me in starting a new tradition for your family! I still have some holiday availability left in late November and would love to squeeze you in. Life is short and they do grow up quickly. Whether you choose to have me take your family portraits or someone else it is worth having it done. They do change so quickly and you’ll be surprised that looking back in five years you’ll still remember the day you had those pictures taken! Yesterday my sweet girls decided they wanted me to take their “sister” pictures. This was not a planned outing but I think the fact that it was their idea and not mine made them much more cooperative. I love these shots and will treaure them for years to come, so thanks to my sweet girls for coming up with this great idea and for actually trying to let me get some good shots of them!
