I had the joy of meeting this couple last week to capture a few final pictures of them before they welcome the ultimate gift we can give another person-their child!  They were absolutely adoreable together and I am totally in love with their pictures.  I only wish I had looked so stunning right before I was about to give birth!  I can’t wait for baby J to arrive so I can hurry over and meet him and take his first official pictures!  Until then, I’ll just have to look at these gorgeous shots!

It wasn’t hard to get some beautiful pictures of these little munchkins today!  What is going to be hard is dwindling my favorite ones down to a reasonable number for the blog.  We met up today in Winter Springs in the early evening.  When we first arrived I was surprised at how hot it was still outside…I fear summer is sneaking up on me quickly!   We still managed to get some gorgeous shots even with the heat!  I had such a fun time photographing these little ones today.  I am reminded of my own family when I get to photograph this one…two girls followed by a fantastic boy.  Their age differences is much like my own kids-though it seems like a lifetime ago though when I had a six year old and a one year old.  I’m glad I got a chance to freeze a few of their moments today so that they can go back in five years and remember today like it was yesterday!

What a fun day this young lady and I had skipping a day of school for her senior session.  Since AP exams were done and the time for her to walk was quickly approaching we decided to just have our own senior skip day and go explore the Winter Park area.  We visited several locations, had a few wardrobe changes and several good belly laughs!  What a great time in your life and I thank this young lady for allowing me the opportunity to capture it!

I met this wonderful family on the evening on Mother’s Day.  Mom had been trying to get them all together for quite sometime now so she finally decided on the perfect Mother’s Day gift for herself-her long awaited pictures.  And of course, who can say know to such a simple request and so we met up that night and got some great memories for her to treasure for years to come!

I had such a fantastic chance to celebrate a special occasion yesterday with some wonderfully fun and gorgeous young women!  We ventured out before they headed out to their prom destination yesterday afternoon and grabbed a few shots of them all.  I was honored to be able to capture this oh so special moment with them.  And I have to say they made me feel young and care free-if only for a little while!   What a fun and exciting day for me to participate in-thanks to each of you for giving me the opportunity and privilege of sharing this moment with you!  You all looked gorgeous and I know that your parents were thrilled to see each of you celebrate this special moment in your lives!  I am going to have a REALLY rough time deciding which pictures to share because I have so many beautiful ones of each of them so get ready to sit back and drink in all that they are!  Congratulations to each of you for turning into such beautiful young women on both the inside and out!

And a special happy 18th birthday to this young lady-she really got to celebrate her journey into adulthood in fashion this weekend!!!

It is so hard to get the whole family together for pictures, even harder when your kids are older and they have their own activities. I was so happy that this family found the time to squeeze in a shoot for holiday cards and memories!  We had a great time laughing and playing around-while I usually work with smaller children I really do enjoy the chances I get to photograph older kids and their families!  Thanks guys for a fun time!

This family decided to spice up their family pictures this year by paying tribute to their favorite college team!  This is the third time I’ve had the opportunity to photograph these girls-once again I am amazed at how quickly they grow and change in just a year!  What a fun time we had taking these on the dock in  their backyard!

This was a last minute shoot so that the family could have some press printed holiday cards made up-we met up one afternoon after school and snapped a few shots of these handsome boys so we could get cards made up and mailed off!  We took these just a day before one of the last cold snaps that really killed everything off and I just love the rich greens and yellows with their burgandy sweaters!  I am also going to put their card up so you can see how we incorporated those rich colors into their holiday card.  I try really hard to create cards that flow well with my subject’s attire and backgrounds.  Each card is individually designed based on the client’s choice of layout.  This gives my clients a real opportunity to have their very own unique card each year-something you won’t see your neighbor mailing out!

Often times as our families are growing up we forget to take the time and capture every stage of our lives together.  I had the pleasure of meeting up with this family right before Christmas as well and we got some great shots of their family together-finding the time when all four weren’t busy at the same time wasn’t an easy task but we managed and I am sure glad we did because the pictures came out great!

And just for fun we photographed the family pets as well!  These are not the typical family pets-but they are oh so fun!!!

This is my second year photographing these lovely boys!  They are just so darn sweet and cute!  I did this session right before Christmas so we could get their cards made up!  Super cute little guys!
